ITV Good Morning Britain
ITV commissioned Jago Design to produce a flexible set that would function for both Good Morning Britain and ITV News within the same studio at the ITN Headquarters London. The brief focused on the need to refresh and consolidate two very different programmes whilst remaining entirely familiar to the viewer.
The design features a near 360 degree backing that for GMB can accommodate both desk and more relaxed sofa presentation areas as separate stand alone sets. High res led screens and movable rotating monitors provide clear, vibrant backings and allow for picture in picture branded info graphics and explainer screens. When combined with thoughtfully designed mobile furniture and colour change LED lightboxes, the set functions as a truly flexible broadcast environment that can service both the practical needs and unique aesthetic of Good Morning Britain and ITV News.
