When ITV moved Peston to The Hospital Club studios, Jago Design was tasked with adapting the existing daytime set to accommodate the well-established evening discussion programme.

The updated Peston set needed to incorporate both a discussion desk and a graphic analysis area. To maintain the programme’s distinctive brand identity and presentation style, the high-resolution LED screens were reconfigured with bespoke graphics and enhanced with mobile lightboxes. These elements, together with the discussion desk, had to be installed and lit within an hour, then dismantled immediately after transmission.

The success of the project lay in the team’s use of functional, thoughtfully designed scenic elements and the clever repositioning of existing display screens, creating a unique and effective broadcast environment.
