News UK tasked Jago Design with reimagining their flagship talkSPORT radio studio, creating a visual-first environment to engage audiences across audio, video, and smart TV platforms. The goal was to drive audience growth while delivering a modern, visually compelling broadcast space.
Working within the constraints of a traditional radio studio, Jago Design focused on optimizing sightlines and creating opportunities for engaging backgrounds. The team reoriented the studio layout and designed a bespoke desk that seamlessly integrated all essential audio equipment without compromising aesthetics.
High-resolution LED screens provide versatile digital backdrops, allowing the studio to transform visually depending on the broadcast. The LED desk front adds an extra layer of branding, ensuring the talkSPORT identity is consistently visible and impactful.
The result is a studio that blends considered design with practical functionality—supporting both live audio production and visually engaging content for multiple platforms, from traditional radio to Smart TV.
