Sky Sports asked us to refresh our existing design for their newsroom and studio space. The brief called for a more flexible central space which could house a full roster of sports news output including Soccer Saturday.
The design team re-dressed the whole environment and added a changeable memorabilia wall. They raised the presentation floor to enable any mid-shots to be backed by the existing video wall. They designed modular desk and coffee table units which truck into position allowing the production the ability to shoot multiple presenter and guest set ups. They also created bespoke pods and cable management for Soccer Saturday and added an LED screen area to provide an additional interview position.
